I’ve had State Farm for years, but added an auto insurance policy yesterday. I called late on a Friday, and Michelle was genuinely happy to help. She walked me through the discounts I qualified for and handled everything quickly and effortlessly. Her communication and attention to detail were unmatched, genuinely the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you so much, Michelle!

A company was trying to charge me $800 A month and I switched to State Farm and Michelle brought my coverage back down to $283 a month! I am ao happy about that price because I have been paying over $500 for many years and was so sick of it. They are so nice and friendly there. Always available when I need to ask any questions. I would recommend this place 20/10. I dont see myself switching insurance companies for a very long time.
