Repeated emails to the address listed on their local website went unanswered for the Bucyrus office: When I finally was able to text a conversation with another agent and informed him multiple emails had been sent, he said that email was the owner’s address and he gets too many emails to be able to read or respond to them all…. REALLY?!?!?! then why list the email address to begin with!!! Horrible customer service the last 2 years after being a client of theirs for well over a decade. Constant changing of agents, unanswered emails and calls, unprofessionalism. But hey they’re great as long as you don’t file any claims or have any questions!

I have been with Nationwide since I began driving nearly 50 years ago. I have never had a problem. Although my claims have been few, each time the experience has beed a good one. My current agent and has been available for any questions and been of great help with any claim. It has been my pleasure to recommend Nationwide and Andrew Schock to others.

I transferred my insurance to this office, Marna was wonderful to work with. Look forward to a long relationship with them. Nothing like face to face service. In this time of no real customer service....this is so welcome.
