I thought I liked them until today! Today I went in to pay my bill and come to find out my insurance was canceled on the 27th with no phone call saying that the insurance company I was using which was founders was no longer in business ,so I have been driving without insurance wasn’t very happy about that then the month prior I had over paid which should had been credited to this months bill but yeah I lost out on that money doubt I will be reimbursed for it!! They may be friendly up there but they have horrible communication … I could have lost my license because of lack of communication on their behalf .. Also after this visit I had let them no I will find a different insurance after they wanted another hefty down payment to start another insurance policy, which is crazy because when I g

Will not answer their phone so I'd say customer service is atrocious. I have tried over a series of days and weeks to get you to answer the phone. It rings then drops the call. No voicemail is given as an option and I don't trust voicemail anyways.
