As a loyal customer of Adams Insurance Agency for the past 12 years, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in service quality. Since the apparent acquisition by a new provider, I have experienced significant issues that were previously resolved promptly and efficiently. My attempts to reach the agency by phone regarding several concerns have been met with a lack of responsiveness. The past practice of receiving prompt callbacks to address problems seems to have been replaced by a company policy of neglecting customer inquiries. This shift in service is concerning and has unfortunately eroded the trust I had built with Adams Insurance Agency over the years.
