Blessing Nzenwa - State Farm Insurance Agent

Poor auto insurance account management. People give him good ratings because of the insurance rates he "gives" people, but they don't know, those rates aren't determined by him, they're determined at the corporate level, by region. In the part of his job that he does have control over, he doesn't actually perform. He can't even get insurance effective dates correctly nor does he provide proper responses. He'll issue you insurance policies and cards with 10 day gaps in-between insurance coverage. The worst part is, when you point it out to him, he'll just call you and talk around in circles (without actually doing anything), that way since it was by phone and not email, you have no paper trail later for accountability.
