Nationwide

Been a nationwide customer over 12 years. Had to spend 6+hours on the phone for a resolution only to be told they will train their employees better and their 3rd party agero road service provider will have to hire more people. Needed a tow broke down with family on a Saturday night reached out to the road side service that we have paid for and got no response after over 35 mins on hold. Filled out the info on the app they recommend and no provider has been found in over 2hours. Very nice to know when you need something you pay for and have never had to use (nationwide) is not by your side. Had to pay out of pocket for tow. Told I would be reimbursed just email a copy of the tow bill. Then a week later told they need more info before issuing reimbursement. They do not value there clients.
