Two representatives of this agency attributed service and statements to the insurance company. When I contacted the company, they told me the exact opposite of what Davis Agency had. Why would Davis’s reps blatantly lie when all the facts were in black and white? Maybe it wasn’t a lie, but rather incompetence?
