National Water Company

I highly recommend National Water Company. When my water main developed a leak in my front yard, I quickly got an approval for repair and after work was done I was reimbursed quickly. The leak was caused by a failed coupling. Communication with Spence, my rep, was great. All of my messages and questions were responded to very quickly by him. Having this very affordable insurance gives me peace of mind. Highly Recommended!

National water company is awesome! I pay a little over $25 a month for their service. I've only used them one time to replace water pipe leak, I called them and in no time at all they got their workers together and we're at my house. They were very efficient and when they finished. . They did a awesome job, putting everything back as it was. The area looked the same before they started. I would highly recommend them too anyone for an insurance company to assure their water pipes are covered. It did not cost me anything out of pocket. Doris Lenz

Wonderful!! Called on a Monday about my basement drain filling up with water, I was so worried that I'd have a huge sewage backup or a massive clog somewhere. Claims answered right away and since I didn't feel it was an emergency, they said they'd have someone call me back. I didn't expect it to be the same day!!! Spence called back and was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the claim process and certain coverage aspects. He got in contact with the plumbing company and said they'd be calling me.. again I didn't expect same day! The plumbing company came out that day, like an hour later and was very helpful. I'm so glad I decided to get this insurance because I'm a new homeowner and am so worried about anything breaking. Thank you for your amazing staff and services!
