Greg Schlagel: Allstate Insurance

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with an insurance company. I've been with your company almost a decade always paid on timely auto payments I have 2 vehicles and 2 homes insured through you and only recently filed a claim for the first time and my family was treated terrible from the get go too many mistakes from too many different agents from Spokane to Moses lake no one was competent enough to show respect knowledge and compassion even the claims adjuster added insult to injury frankly I'm shell shocked from this awful situation I have no reason to continue my business with Allstate I shall be looking for a different company to give my future business too

We have been with Allstate for 17 years and were making a few changes to our auto! To our disappointed there was some office mix-up communication with us and timeline payments. We’ve paid Aprox the same dates time every month. It’s amazing how they are not taking responsibility with any office issues and our insurance was cancelled. In addition I specifically ask to speak to Greg and instead of him calling us after all these years he had someone else send an email. Amazing how much you pay for insurance and the owner can’t call you!!! Go somewhere else….for your insurance needs!

Mackenzie was very helpful with all questions that I had. She got me a quote super quick and did an amazing job going over coverages with me! Defintely will recommend her to family and friends!!!

Allstate has been nothing but helpful to me. They are always professional, helpful and quick to complete the task. I have had to switch my coverage amounts multiple times and they have been so great each time to help me make the switches. 5 stars!!!

He never answers his phone ! My bill has gone tremendously my bill was due at the end of the month. I had to wait to pay them to my payday which was in the grace period and I got phone calls every month. Tell me I was late which I wasn’t and I had to talk very not nice to the person who is harassing me every month, my other agent didn’t do that ever !! since He’s took over the Moses lake Allstate ..i’ve been with you guys for a very, very, very long time. I will be looking for another agent.
