Bad communication. Switch my insurance to this place around July. Thought everything was good until my mortgage notify me that I didn’t have insurance for my house. What a disappointment!

I initially had a positive experience this agency; they were responsive and it seemed promising when I first inquired about quotes. I was specifically looking to switch insurance due to poor communication from my previous representative, and I was assured they would be different. Unfortunately, things quickly deteriorated. For the better part of three weeks, I experienced a complete lack of responsiveness from the agency. It wasn't until I called the main office that I finally received an email from an agent. Following that, I explicitly requested a call for the morning, which the agent confirmed she would do. The morning came and went with no call, despite her confirmation.
