We had homeowner's insurance through Landmark since 2003 which was set up through escrow - we were first-time homebuyers. Never once heard from them, but changing companies seemed like a hassle. Then without warning got a letter from the insurance company that the Landmark agent, Dan, was no longer selling it and we would not be renewed. Still did not hear from Landmark! I would think as a courtesy they would have notified their customers about the non-renewal? I had to reach out to them to let them know I secured new homeowners insurance and request refund on remaining policy. Wrong paperwork was then sent to cancel my policy early - still waiting for refund. No apology for dropping the ball on us. Sad that after 20 + years with this agent, this is the treatment we got! Glad though,

We have been working with Dan for over 20 years, and we absolutely appreciate him and Landmark. They are always responsive, explain everything in detail, and provide the best options and deals. We tried other agents in the past but Landmark is truly the best and we highly recommend anyone to work with them, Just the nicest people that you can trust.

I have been with them a long time and they always treat me right. They keep on top of periodically searching around to see if we can get better prices. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable and get you to the right choice for you and your family.
