Horrible immoral company ran by money hungry individuals who are refusing to provide Bryan Draper with the palliative care they agreed to pay for. It has been 3 years without memory or pulmonary care and his brain is dying. This organization claims they care about people while at the same time letting Bryan Drapers health and quality of life decrease daily and his family suffer due to their selfishness. They need to be held accountable for their actions and give the Draper family the settlement they are obligated to pay. Do not use this company.

HORRIBLE insurance company. When I was rear ended by one of their clients they refused to pay for my claim. I only wanted my car fixed and I was offered a low settlement. I was unsure if the amount being offered would cover the entire cost of the repairs on my car. I wasn't looking for anything but my car fixed. They admitted their clients foot slipped off the brake. I am now having to file a claim on my insurance. They refused to pay the body shop directly. Only wanted to offer me $7,000 and for me to sign a full release. So if the cost of damages were more than $7,000 the cost would be my responsibility. Shame on NAICO!!!!

It’s pretty misleading to act like NAICO is such a wonderful company with integrity and honor. Especially when you’re okay with murder. Look up the case. Bryan Draper Date of injury - 4/30/2018 Diagnoses: Traumatic brain injury Moderate diffuse global atrophy Microvascular ischemia Subcortical and periventricular white matter disease. He has 24/7 migraines. Seizures. Significant memory loss. Cognitive decline. He can’t work or drive. Hell - he can’t even walk around the block alone. He SUFFERS daily and requires nearly full time care. He spends 12 to 16 hrs a day on a ventilator. A couple of months ago - your atty Angela Reinstein told the judge you were moving him to palliative care. And now - you say he is fine and isn’t disabled. You are playing games bc if you kick the can do

I think It is Ridiculous and Extremely Unprofessional that you are paying your receptionist to sit at the front desk where she is supposed to be greeting people, but is instead Exercising RIGHT THERE IN THE FRONT OFFICE. The second time i had to come in, she was busy opening personal packages and taking videos of it. Clearly too bothered to notice I had walked in each time. I have been biting my tongue but someone needs to say something to this girl. Show some professionalism in front of your costumers at the very Least.
