Prior to SF experience: Talked to my husband about changing insurance companies bc ours kept fluctuating. Every time I called either 1) someone added coverages we didnt sign up for, or 2) that's just how it was? I guess no real answer and could never get it back down to what it was. Then Josh Fuqua called from State Farm, he was professional, personable, funny and walked us through everything. He got us a policy almost identical to what we had before and at nearly HALF the price!! Great service and friendly people! Josh is GREAT!! Thank you Josh!
