Although I haven’t had the pleasure of working directly with Mr. Almlie, I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Mrs. Morelos, the account representative. She made my transition from my previous insurance company smooth and stress-free. Let’s be honest—no one enjoys dealing with insurance. But when you have someone who’s easy to talk to and truly understands your needs, the experience becomes much more manageable. I was especially anxious about adding my teenage daughter to my policy, both in terms of cost and coverage, but Mrs. Morelos took that pressure off my shoulders.
