Farmers Insurance - Bradley Thiele

I had contacted Bradley for insurance on my business' new location because he came highly recommended from our commercial real estate agent. After placing missed calls for about a week, I got ahold of him, and Bradley proceeded to argue the specifics of how often I'd reached out. When I said I didn't think an itemized list of calls would help anyone, he proceeded to hang up on me. I'm pretty disappointed in this behavior, it really isn't necessary at this level.

After Jeff left for some reason these ppl couldn’t understand that I wanted to change from paying for 6 months in advance to monthly billing cycle. Had to pay my auto set up and bank 75. To cancel my compare t they didn’t have records working computers or the desire to listen to their customer. With files records bank statements and more. I am reporting them to the go and bbb and definitely better never ever see a bill stating I owe them ever again or lawsuit will be served. They wouldn’t listen… try hear me definitely have trauma and a bit of brain damage after dealing with these guys !!! Stay away!

Love these people, they are so friendly, honest and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone. Customer Service is outstanding and they are genuine people. All these traits are hard to find, yet they still exist! Thank you, I appreciate you greatly! So this was my old review. After Bradley left the new crew is not worthy of the original review. They are difficult to work with and Alicia (this office manager) refuses to refund me the money owed to me, that is left on my policy after cancelling it. She claims I didn't pay and that I had no insurance. However I'm on the phone with a different insurance agent doing the new policy and it shows I'm current and there is no penalty in place for lack of insurance. I also sent proof from my bank that they were paid. Still no answer and no money. I no

Bradley Thiele’s Farmers Insurance is beyond terrific! We have been with that group for thirty years for homes and automobiles! We have only had excellent experiences, and everyone there is always gracious and helpful! I would recommend this office to everyone!

Brad & Loreece have ALWAYS been very helpful to me and my wife in dealing with all of our insurance needs. I travel extensively across the USA and have always been able to reach them or to get a speedy response from them. They are both friendly and solicitous to us.
