Sarah was a 10/10! When looking around for a better rate on car insurance she was able to get me a FANTASTIC rate. She was even shocked at how low it was. Sarah was very knowledgeable and personable and made the transfer super quick and easy. Even made a point to let me know she would be reviewing my policy every year to make sure I keep the best rate possible. I have not received this type of service anywhere else and would recommend State Farm highly from this interaction alone.

I called in to get some information on my moms policy and Grisel was extremely helpful and very patient. She answered all my questions and let us know we can call back again if we needed any further information. She was overall very friendly and knowledgeable.

The agent Natalie was very professional & helpful when i first call contact her office to obtain an automobile insurance quote. Not only did she provide a good quote but did an excellent job following up with me to make sure I fully understand my coverage benefits and cost. In addition, one of her service representatives by the name of Alex did a above board job and assisting me to get an additional claim.\nPayment expedited on a cost that came out of my personal pocket I attempted on several occasions to gather the same service and quote from other State Farm agents that were actually so much closer to my residence.
