I have several friends that use Nash insurance in Ft. Myers Florida. I reached out to Monica to get a quote on our home and autos. Not only was she quick to reply and efficient she was extremely thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. Horrible is the best word to put when describing these people. Called me to tell me my insurance dropped me, didn't want to explain anything further and practically trying to hang up on me. I begged them for 4 months to help me get a new policy, and every time I called the agent never picked up, or assistant said she was busy (too busy for current customers) These people don't want to help in anyway. Even towards the last 30-days before insurance was nonrenewed, they dragged their feet and didnt help. Found a better company who found me insurance in 4-days.

I had a wonderful experience over the last few days working with Lorrie after buying a condo and ending up in a time crunch as we neared our closing date.
