I've been working with Al for 3 years, and am extremely pleased with the advice and service I've received. Al is always a phone call away. I've only experienced one problem and Al was right there to fix it for me. A provider charged me for my deductible when I'd already met it. Al spent thirty minutes to an hour on a conference call with the provider's billing department and me, but he got them to agree they'd made a mistake and agreed to refund the money. I had alright spent a good amount of time talking to them on my own before I mentioned the problem to Al. I could have saved myself a lot of time if I'd just called Al at the beginning.
