Horrible! Had yrs of great service with Lori. Then I get no response. No one answers phones. Leave msg but get no reply. I am talking months. Had to deal with a company in Boston re a claim. Emails and phone calls from NY and Phila. Unacceptable. Looking for new agent now.

Such a shame. This company was absolutely amazing when Lori and another lady worked there. Had this agent for about 17 years. They were absolutely amazing and so helpful. I don’t know what happened in the last year but they went downhill, you can’t get in touch with them by phone or email. It’s been days, almost a month without a response… and I needed important information about my policy, and just no luck. I can’t call the insurance directly as they want me to contact them my agent but they just ghost you!

Impossible to get a hold of them. I had both my auto and homeowners with this company for many years and received wonderful service from Lori. However, since Lori has left, it has been a real problem. My auto coverage went up substantially this year so I tried to cancel only my auto policy to move it to another company. The insurance company cancelled my homeowners in error as well. I was trying to work through Benedetti for several weeks/months to get it corrected but it never got fixed, so I had to move my homeowners policy elsewhere as I was going on a few months at that point with no coverage. Now my mortgage company is trying to charge me nearly $1k to cover the lapse in coverage, all because of this error. I can't get anyone to respond to me via email or phone and I can't talk

I have auto payments on and a up to date card on file and they cancelled my auto policy. Now I have no insurance and finding out after someone totals my car is another gut punch. I tried calling and leaving messages for days and no responses still.

Had auto pay and everything set up and just found out my insurance lapsed almost 6 months ago with no form of contact whatsoever run far and fast
