Bobby Paterra - State Farm Insurance Agent

The adjuster they sent was very rude. He was supposed to inspect the upper roof as well as the porch roof. I don't believe he checked the upper roof. He just kept telling me I should go in the house so he could do his job. His report Said there was no damage to the front of my house. I initially said there was wind damage to the side from flying debris. I don't believe he even checked the side of the house. He left without saying anything. I don't know what he inspected. He only checked the porch roof. I believe his report was incomplete.

Not the best paterra was recommended buy are agent sry to say paterra didn't keep his promises to call didn't help us at all and just wasn't keeping in contact with us if I could I would give no stars glad to say we found a agent tht helped us right away with what we needed....
