These folks are thieves, sadly. I have had this company for many years and they were good for the first few. Then suddenly things on my policy were being added and deleted without my knowledge or approval which I caught multiple times. I added a used car for my daughter 4 months ago and asked several times why the rates on my car sky rocketed with a pristine driving record, great credit, multiple policies, and no claims. They kept making excuses and ignoring my inquiries. Finally, the one rep emailed me when we added my daughter's good student discount and she suddenly realized THEY HAD MY 18 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER LISTED AS THE PRIMARY DRIVER ON BOTH VEHICLES FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS. I never received a breakdown of adding her on to my policy with her own car in the first place, just an increase

Rudest insurance agency I’ve ever worked with. Made to feel like a hassle. Needs were not met. They will not make you a priority and will make you to be the biggest hassle when you need something as simple as an insurance card emailed to you. Do recommend if you’re looking to feel degraded as a human being. Oh - and you will get hung up on even when you’re being understanding.

I've been with them for over 10 years, but have noticed recently that they are not very prompt at returning your calls, even when its to request MORE insurance. Their coverage is good, but their customer service is not so good. I'll probably be looking for a new agent in the near future.

Jill with Murray is great. She energetic and excited to help clients with their insurance needs. She’s very well educated and cares about her clients being educated on their policies. She offers a wide range of insurance carriers to match a variety of client needs. Highly recommended !

I tried to purchase business insurance December 4th with this company. I was ignored and forgotten for 2 weeks. I made contact with Kimberly where I was suggested to go else where because I was a “new” business and no insurance company would approve a start up restaurant and food truck. I am not sure if it was because my ethnicity or if the lady was just that neglectful to her clients. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANY SMALL BUSINESS OR LARGE COMPANIES TO WORK WITH THEM.
