I worked with an agent Lakisha who worked diligently to provide me with a quote for my home. Though I didn't get a policy, Lakisha was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend using this agency as they provided a great customer experience.

Reached out to get a quote for Homeowners Ins. Because my Geico policy almost doubled. My initial phone inquiry was with a woman named Honey. She didn't seem to know what she was doing! I gave her all the info off my declaration page plus answered the questions she asked me. So I told her I had a doctors appointment when we first spoke. Almost 2 hours later she was asking me more questions asked me to get 2 more pieces of info which I provided . She gave me a quote but continued to say she needed more information about what was in my house but couldn't tell me what info. ( this was a supervisor)I had to leave for my appt 2 hours later !!! So I called back today and spoke to Nadine and asked about my premium that Honey quoted me and asked what other info was needed. She said it was complet
