I walked into their office on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and a hundred questions, but Megan patiently guided me through all of them and Kristin went out of her way to help with my time-sensitive situation. I left with a new policy and an incredible sense of relief. This team truly goes above and beyond for their clients.

If I could give Kristin 10 stars, I would. Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE! I had an issue with my previous insurer, and we just couldn't resolve it. I was running out of time, through no fault of my own. I called Kristin's office after seeing her ads and billboard on the highway. She didn't know me, but sprang into action, and addressed my issue even after the workday was over. Between Kristin and Melissa (excellent customer service as well) I had insurance the next day. Call them! Right now!

Kristin has been our agent for both Auto and Home for years and she is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond whenever you need her and makes the process simple and painless. I recommend her to all my friends!

Kristin was tremendously helpful in providing information and explanations of coverage. She was wonderful in helping me as an intermediary when I was hit from behind by a motorist that was unlicensed, and helped me get relief from the insurance company that represented the motorist who rear ended me. The resolution by the opposing insurance company was quick and I feel that Kristins help made the settlement come about much more quickly
