We never write google reviews but this situation deserves one. Somehow our property insurance for our condo lapsed through Lemonade which made it difficult to get coverage. I tried multiple routes but couldn't find coverage at a reasonable price. This was obviously really concerning as we were living in a condo without coverage. Speaking with Helen saved us! Most importantly, she was able to get us coverage, but she was also able to increase our property insurance from 250k to 750k with only a slight increase to the price we were paying. It's comforting to know that in a situation where I do need to file a claim I can call Helen... or I can walk down the street and knock at Muller's door. We can’t thank Helen enough for her help in finding us a new home insurance after a frustrating experience with our previous provider. Our previous insurance company chose not to review our policy due to two claims within two years-even though we had clear evidence that one of them was caused by a neighbor.
