I have not been able to use my plan even 1 time since no center accepts new patients with this service (this will be the reputation of it) I asked for an appointment for general medicine in a center more affordable to my pocket but I needed to get blood tests too so I called FHS to ask if at least that they could cover and they told me that "Yes, with Labcorp" but as soon as I got the Bill they come out with that they don't have my call documented nor can they cover it. Horrible experience. From the beginning lied to me just to sell me the highest plan and never provided me anything that I was looking for or needed. If you need to know something about this company is ALL THEIR POLICIES, because even when you sign no contract and this is a month-to-month service they will give you TONS of problems for you to cancel the account with them. Also they ask for your bank’s account number for the payments NEVER give it to them, otherwise they will keep on taking money from you. None of the customer service representatives will actually help you and no one will be responsible for your problems with the company.
