BUYER BEWARE: Misleading, Dishonest Dealings by Chrystian Roure at Southwestern Insurance I originally left a positive review for Chrystian Roure at Southwestern Insurance 2 months ago, but I’m now retracting it after discovering how badly I was misled. I came looking for insurance coverage, plain and simple. Instead, without full explanation, Chrystian signed me up for what turned out to be a loan agreement, not a standard insurance policy. Now I’m receiving bills totaling up to $4,000 and being threatened with collections—all for something I never knowingly agreed to. I’ve contacted both biBerk Insurance and First Insurance Funding, and neither has been helpful.
