I have been getting my taxes prepared by a large tax chain and was very unhappy last year. At the recommendation of a friend I went to Cathy's today and what a huge difference!! They ammended my taxes from last year and gained me thousands that I should have gotten, I knew it!! And did a fantastic job on my taxes for 2023. Do yourself a huge favor and have your taxes done at Cathy Boyd's!! I made my appointment for next year before even leaving the office!!

We have had our taxes done there for a few years and called to make an appointment, They said we have a 4:00 if you can come right down. We got there at 3:55 and they had let a walk in customer go in front of us and we were left sitting there for about 25 minutes before we left. No apology - no nothing. If you make an appointment, don't count on them honoring it. Won't go there again and have recommended them in the past. That is over with.

After several years of purchasing home insurance via their DBA . There is a lack of urgency on behave of their staff to renew policies. Mine expired in July. It's November, no call back even with countless emails and voice messages. Guess I'm not worthy. Shopping elsewhere. Customer service not a priority.
