Mr. Mobile Home Ins

I'm very discouraged with this insurance because I had damage to my park model last spring and I couldn't even get them to come out and look at it. The first time I called the women that answered the phone said your deductible is going to cover damages without even sending someone out to look at it. The second time I called she told me I had to get two bids and they didn't have anyone who did that. I asked if I could talk to the salesman I bought it from and she just kept talking about deductibles. The third time I asked again to talk to the salesman and she didn't transfer the call to him. I'm looking for a insurance I can rely on.

I wish I could give Patty at Mr. Mobile Home Insurance 10 stars ... I have used the same insurance agency for 5 years. This year I decided to get a quote from another agency (Mr. Mobile Home Insurance). They have been always kind and helpful. I requested the initial quote to be identical as my current 5-year-old policy. The quote was for about 7% more than my current policy. Patty then suggested we include a Credit Check. The quote then came back 23% less than my current premium. I was very happy. They then sent an inspector to my mobile home and asked me a few more questions. Because they took the time to do that, it was discovered that my previous policy was not accurately or adequately insuring me. The coverage of my mobile home went up 14% and my premium went down another 8 p

They don't return phone calls. If you call they take your number and say they will call you back but they never do. Very poor way to run a business!

Great service. Checked a couple different companies and found one that met our needs.
