The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the people who work there are very kind and professional. I remember a lady named Bernice who was really pleasant to deal with. This review is directed at the owner of Morrison ins agency, Chip. I had a home owners policy that started in 2011 for under $1500/year. roughly 9 years later my premium had sky rocketed to an astounding $4,800! The most dramatic increases took place over the course of the last 4years (2015-2019). There were no claims to account for this. I did not receive ANY communication from Morrison Insurance Agency, that My premium had increased so dramatically. Only when the premium got so ridiculously out of control, at $4,800 did I receive a vague, one sentence email, that did not even say, "Morrison Insurance Agency

The entire staff at Morrison Insurance Agency are awesome. Chip has been our agent for over a decade and is always prompt and efficient in assisting me. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped us process claims seamlessly. I recommend this agency to anyone if you like down home personalized service with a smile.

All members of the agency were available for input and especially Kirk who worked with me the whole way through all my policy options so I could discern what was best for me.

Cami was the one who happened to be helping me and she was just amazing! I was at the point where I needed insurance as soon as possible, like that day. And not only did she get back to me extremely fast but she was willing to go back-and-forth between the insurance company and myself to figure things out and get me the lowest rate possible right away. So I would definitely recommend going to Morrison! They are extremely extremely helpful and are faster than ever and just look out for the customer and what’s best for you. So thank you all very very much!

I have been using the Morrison Insurance Agency for over 30 years. I started as a young man, added my wife and as my family grew added my kids. They have always taken great care of all of my insurance needs. I will never take my business anywhere else.
