Whoever Sana is, she’s very unprofessional and rude. Her customer service definitely needs some work. As an agency you need to hold your employees accountable. I’ve been waiting for policy info to be sent for days now.every time I call to remind them to send me the info I requested they say they are busy! I’ve also emailed over and over again and no response. My advice, if you’re shopping for an insurance agency, go somewhere else. Completely disappointed.
