I had an excellent experience speaking with Vlera Brahimaj the health First representative. They were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions clearly. Their friendly and caring attitude made the process much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate their dedication and the time they took to help me — outstanding service!

I had the worst possible experience at this location. For starters, I've been trying to get a formulary for my particular health plan. I went to this location in an effort to see if I could receive the correct formulary. I explained my situation to the receptionist, produced my ID card, and was instructed to have a seat; I would be called shortly. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting to be called shortly. 5 minutes later I went in the back to use the restroom where I saw an entire team of Member Service reps engaging in idle chit chat! So 10 minutes later I had decided that I had enough of waiting to be called shortly. I never got the formulary. Very unprofessional HealthFirst! Please please do better

I had the best customer service with Eileen Flores!! Not only did she go the extra mile to investigate some of the questions I had but she also spoke with me and was truly a relatable representative. I would I would love to continue using Health First for the rest of my life if possible just because of her God bless her, and I hope she will always be at that location so I could use her again.
