I have never had to deal with insurance agents that are rude, hang up, and extremely disrespectful. Because I asked a simple question, of what phone number she was trying to get as I didn't recognize what she was saying, the call cut out like she had hung up on me, after she intially called me and asked for the wrong person. Then I called back and asked if she hung up on me, in which she just hung up again. I then called back, and she denied the call. I called one more time and asked why I was being hung up on, and then another lady grabbed the phone and said the other agent does not want to argue and that I refused to give them the phone number to my insurance company. I stated I wasn't arguing I was simply asking a question. I tried to clarify that there was another driver at fault, and

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is horrible Maria made a mistake on my insurance policy. After multiple attempts trying to get her to help fix it she said she didn't have time to be on the phone w/my insurance company that she had other customers to deal with I wasn't the only one. I asked her if I could speak to the manager then for help and she said she was the manager and hung up on me! I emailed multiple times requesting a manager to contact me. The emails I kept getting back were sorry we don't have you in our system?? I provided my # and no one called me back. So I cancelled my insurance all because this agency couldn't help me and I didn't want to have to deal with them again.

Do not do business with this group they will do everything they can to nickel and dime their clients. I was a victim of their tactics and want to warn people of them.
