Monica Witherspoon: Allstate Insurance

This is the worst insurance agency I have ever worked with. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I write this as I wait on the phone for them not answering now. Not once in 4 years have I ever gotten a hold of my agent. Never a returned call or email from her. You can’t contact them and speak with anyone directly or consistently, they don’t have direct lines to agents. I’ve recently bought a home and gotten homeowners insurance through them and it’s been an absolute nightmare. They have messed up countless times - not putting my check through, saying I haven’t paid 3 times when I have. Now to receive a letter in the mail saying my hazard insurance is about to expire from the mortgage company - on a policy I just started in July? Absolutely ridiculous. Thus company is a joke. I’ll be switching asap

I made the mistake of dumping state farm for this so-called premium insurance agency... Auto and Home policy's have been kind of a joke. They don't offer you a discount for paying premiums in full which is a first I've ever heard. I'm told they need to be provided your bank routing info to go in and take whatever they want whenever they want to for a discount. The original misquoted premiums were raised then followed with the process of asking me to acquire documentation from my current insurance company I was going to ditch. Awkward requisite... After paying full price and my entire premium for the car and home I get a letter of cancellation from the company, for failing to provide proper insurance information.... Mind you, I've never had a lapse in coverage ever.... Miss Witherspoon doe

Always responds in a timely fashion and asks the right questions to ensure they know what you need so they have the necessary information for you to make informed decisions.

Definitely can count on a speedy response if you need to contact them for any reason. When moving from The People's Republic of California to KCMO, everything was detailed and laid out for me, and the pricing I was given was the price I got. Always like using Allstate and will continue to use them in the future.
