I've work with several insurance companies, but there is no provider like State Farm or agent office like Brady Crawford. Not only have the workers spoke highly of Mr. Crawford being a wonderful leader for their office, the workers themselves are exceptional, patience and honest in their work ethics and that's what I look for when doing business. I received stellar service from Carlos Carreon. I called him asking if it would be possible to get liability insurance for my community choir in 2 days (we needed it to be able to rehearse at a particular venue and didn't have a lot of time to submit proof of insurance). He was so cordial, helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and took time to explain certain aspects of the policy to me. With his help I was able to meet the deadline of delivering a certificate of insurance to the venue in question.

Called and canceled my homeowners insurance with this State Farm location. The female that answered the phone didn’t even attempt to retain me as a customer, laughed and then hung up the phone which required another phone call to ensure the policy actually was canceled. Spoke to Luke the 2nd time and was assured it canceled. The following day a payment for homeowners insurance comes out. Called again and someone else answers the call. Says he will have to talk to Luke and he will call you back. I do not get a call back. 1st of all, why do you need to talk to anyone else, just initiate the refund. 2nd of all Luke has a history not returning calls to begin with. 3rd, the refund has NOT been submitted as they said it was. INCOMPETENCE at its finest. Do not insure with what appears

I have been dealing with with Nick. I my opinion he needs a raise. I was looking around for car insurance for the last 6 months. I did go with another company. But he said he will call me in 6 months and see i was still shopping. I said yes I am . He gave me a BETTER rate and got me renters insurance as well. Explain everything in detail. In my 48 years I know someone with integrity. Keep up the GREAT WORK
