I had questions on my Life insurance Policy and needed to get help. I have been VERY happy with the premium and policy terms (I am 64 and overweight so usually I am not happy). I was greeted by a very helpful employee who was able assist me on all my concerns. I have to specifically call out Lizbeth for all her help and Nancy for her assistance. You can't go wrong in my opinion to at least get a quote.

Lizbeth has great customer service skills. Her calm voice alone is enough to change your conversation experience.

State Farm Insurance office in Redmond was a nice experience. Monica was very thorough and saved us quite a bit each month for our auto insurance. I highly recommend State Farm in Redmond.
