Sally Scherping is seriously the best State Farm agent I’ve ever had, hands down. I’ve been with her for years and she’s earned every bit of my trust. Stuff comes up? She’s on it right away. Doesn’t matter if it’s complicated. If she doesn’t know the answer on the spot, she figures it out fast and gets it handled. No excuses, no passing the buck. This whole thing with the window replacement claim had been dragging on forever, plus a separate windshield issue where three different third-party companies kept messing up the communication and denying it for ridiculous reasons. Sally didn’t let any of it slide. She fought for me, tracked down exactly why the windshield was getting blocked, dealt with all the back-and-forth nonsense, and just got it resolved today.
