Molina Healthcare of California

I just joined this healthcare provider two weeks ago because I needed a better option. However, so far, I haven't been able to create an online account or get a doctor assigned as my primary physician. The support team and customer service have been unhelpful. I can't imagine what it would be like to be sick with this healthcare provider. I plan to call Harvard California to order a different provider today.

"Thanks for your patience, your call will be answered in the order which it was received" is what I've heard like 100 times (not lying) and I'm still waiting on the phone.

I have paid my premium and I do not have access to any coverage at all, including medications for a week now. It’s been over two weeks, with an escalated case due to loss of coverage and I’ve never been late and there was two changes one person dropped from the coverage and price and I made up for the difference. I am spending full time hours to access my care and getting no where! This company is doing some shady stuff. The member service people are rude and hang up, the supervisors”” are unprofessional and do not do anything but leave you more stressed out. They were given a time frame for a resolution and I paid the more then I “” owed them due to their errors and I have a credit with absolutely no coverage and I am without meds and canceling appointments.
