Mohammad Bajwa: Allstate Insurance

We have had Mr. Bajwa as our agent for years, maybe over a decade. He’s always been super responsive and always finds ways to reduce our costs by bundling or timing things carefully. Generally, I have had outstanding help from Allstate every time I need to file a claim, even for minor glass replacements/repairs. Lots of people try to get me to switch to “save money” - but why switch when I know this company actually has my back in an accident? Save money … why? So you’re stuck holding the bill when an emergency hits? No thanks!

It makes more sense that when you see errors in your policy one would question them and try to get clarification. For these people to act like your questions are stupid and waste of time is unprofessional. The simple fact alone I made it clear I wanted clarity and Mr. Mohammad response is “I have other customers and don’t have time to answer your questions.” Is ridiculous just like my auto insurance price going up randomly being ridiculous. All they care about is their commission. Not the customer. I’m going to a different agent one who is not greedy.

Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! I called to cancel my insurance because I got a way better deal with AAA auto insurance. The woman( Ms. Guzman) who I talked to told me I can't cancel unless I proved to her that I had insurance with another company. Really??? Who the hell are you???? She told me I or my insurance company had to send her my new declarations page. Thats pure bs! I told her I'm cancelling and I sent her an e mail as well. I asked her to send me receipt that she understands. I'm still waiting. I'm also going to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner of Maryland. This review is not to reflect Allstate corporation only the independent dealer Mohammad Bajwas office. My advice is to find another agent so you can avoid all this hassle

I like Mr. Muhammad the way he does business. It is great!!!
