They made the mistake of taking wrong pictures of the wrong rental property . They canceled my insurance I didn’t receive the notification in the mail and didn’t know I didn’t have insurance on my rental property for three months which then I had to call ask what was going on and it took another two months for them to reinstate my insurance policy back due to them taking pictures of neighbors property with a trampoline without a net around it . It effects your insurance score when you go uninsured and policy went a lot higher and I asked if I could make monthly payments and thought that was happening instead they put a claim to collections for the time it wasn’t even insuranced and canceled my policy for not making the full 6 month payment . I first became aware of Moe was because of the St. Cloud Children’s Home Charity Ride. I’ve ridden with them as kid’s charities are dear to my heart. I even got to do some work with Moe, organizing for the ride. It was time to shop car, motorcycle, and 5th wheel insurance and I’d rather do business with local friends. Great people that have a heart for community and are good folks. Im glad I made the change and look forward to the charity event this autumn.

Moe Janssen and Klem Schee are excellent representatives of All State and I HIGHLY recommend them. They are extremely responsive to questions and provide help along the way which is no longer the norm with most agencies. They provide great service and very competitive rates.

Two Part Review- Since collecting my initial payment this agency has ignored my phone calls and refused to respond to my voice-mails. I have attempted 6 times to contact them regarding switching a vehicle on my policy as I have traded up. They contacted me the day after I posted this to take care of my issue. They were extremely apologetic and did deliver on the promise to follow up the next day with the additional information I requested regarding the changes to my policy. I'll update again if the lack of communication in the end was a spoof and the service continues to be on point.
