Worked with Geoff to try to get some better rates for my business. From the very beginning I had to follow up over and over to get any information on what was happening with a quote. Started out being a couple weeks with no response. Then an excuse on them waiting for something. Then another couple weeks and an excuse that someone in their office emailed me with questions that I never received. When I asked them to re-forward the email they said was sent, I got silence. Then it dragged into a month of nothing. I continued to follow up and he would only respond if I messaged and it was always another excuse.
