Mitchell Insurance found a serious error in policies that another agency in town had written - they were professional and worked quickly to fix it, advise me on options and issue proper policies. They even worked late at night to get them done so that I was covered as quickly as possible. Highly recommend you go to them the next time you're looking for insurance!

I have had auto insurance with Mitchell for around ten years. My payments were reasonable. A few months ago I bumped into a car ahead of me at a stop sign. The guys car was all ready smashed in in the back. He was waiting for the body shop to fix it from an earlier accident. We pulled over and I gave him my insurance papers and we went on our way. I was thinking he wouldn't even make a claim. But he did and now Mitchell has almost doubled my payments. First claim I have had. I'll be shopping around for new insurance unfortunately

I bought the insurance years ago because I had a lot of confidence in Ralph, the agent, due to his hands on and personable approach. Soon after, he passed away and his daughter inherited my business. I have yet to have a personable conversation with her. I have only emailed her questions and someone has gotten back to me. I have no complaints because at least someone gets back to me. But I am worried the Bible be disappointed if I ever have a major issue. I don't have a reason to switch right now but I could be persuaded if someone like Ralph came along again..
