I called Gibson Insurance today to update the auto insurance policy on my new car. Kylie Nance was knowledgeable and very polite. She got my information quickly and sent me the new insurance ID cards right away. The entire process was easy and quick! Thank you!

They have shown us over the years they are loyal to their customers and do their best to help get the best rates for insurance and deal with claims quickly and efficiently. Because of all this, we wouldn’t deal with any other insurance agency.

It's easy to get accustomed to do everything online and not have to interact with actual people.....but when you have to it's nice to have folks like Steve ( Lancaster Office) and staff to deal with!
