I called to make a payments. She said hold on for a moment. She kept me on hold for 30 minutes. Then I Jong up and called them again. Someone else picked up. And said we have some osues with our system so we can't take any payments. My question is why the first representative just simply could tell me about the isues so I wouldn't wait on hold for 30 minutes. Really disappointing with there costumer service

Vanessa is extremely helpful and very kind. She helped my Dad and I find a great insurance rate and then she went above and beyond and got us an even better rate after I left. Thank you so much Vanessa, you are amazing 10/10
