Juliana Martinez was a horrible agent in which she gave me quotes that was a lie when I paid for a full year at 1600 that was quoted but when logged into the app from the provider, it showed I had a monthly payment left at 450 even though I paid full price for the year when I got my policy which would have been 2k for the year, I called and emailed regarding this issue but never got a reply or response from Julianana after saying she would call on monday, it was friday that I had to get it canceled when I got a insurance policy on my own and at a lower price with the same coverages on my own, she was unprofessional and a bad representative for your needs, if you had to go to anyone else, do not use her for your coverages and contact, there are better agents in the company and she wasn't it
