It has taken me a whole one year to write this review mainly because I do not want to hurt a small business and I wanted to make sure I wrote the review from a neutral point and not from the perspective of an angry customer, but a fair one. My family received their yearly calendar and I was reminded of my interaction with them and the fact that for the past 9 years my dad and I and other family members get the same calendar and how we have been loyal customers for so very long. Also, we have not ever called for help with anything, or filled an insurance claim. If I was to only add one policy for the past 9 years that will be over $10,000 in premium from just one family member.
