I contacted Mikki for an Auto policy quote because I was frustrated with my current rusing rates. Mikki also recommended me to bundle our homeowners policy as well. I was very pleased with the rates she quoted to us. Mikki did everything in a timely manner. She's professional, honest, patient and courteous. Mikki expedited everything accurately and in a timely manner and fashion. The rates were better than we expected. We were pleased with the quotes we received from State Farm. Although we didn't commit at this time, Mikki was kind hearted and she understood our situation. We will definitely revisit with State Farm in the near future.
