My husband and I just moved back to the area after living in another state. We’ve had our life insurance policies with Alfa for many years. We went into the Kalagian Agency to check on insurance for our new home. We were warmly greeted and got immediate assistance from Blake Williams. We received a quote for our homeowners policy. The coverage was explained in great detail. We purchased coverage for both our home and automobiles. Later we sat down with Mr Kalagian for an in-depth review of our life insurance policies. He made updates and suggested some beneficial changes. I had questions about setting up auto pay for all the policies and coverage certificates. Haley Williams was graciously very helpful. We can highly recommend the Kalagian Agency.

Called in to get a quote from Curt directly after being referred and was told i should expect a call back. I went 3 weeks and still have not received a phone call. Poor customer service.
