I did an online inquiry for insurance and started configuring it myself. I was with Erie for over 10 years and wanted to explore other options. I was contacted by Damien and he spent well over an hour with me reviewing all of the coverages tailoring an insurance quote specific to my needs. Above and beyond is an understatement. He even took the time to follow up today after the sale to share a piece of information with me. I called for a quote on auto insurance due to Erie raising my premium over 60% when I had to make an address change to to my rate lock plan. Damien gave me a quote and I ended up leaving with a new auto policy along with a new home owners policy and actually a little cheaper than the original plan I had with Erie.
