Rebecca is honest and works hard to find us the best policy for our ever changing needs as a family of four. I’m so grateful to have an agent who is compassionate and understanding when life happens. Would NEVER suggest this company for your business. Had a ceiling fall in from rain, they stated it wasn't covered. Had a workers comp policy, they understated the policy and I just received a bill for $2,300. Been in business since 2008 and and never had a problem. Just got a bill that an audit showed I owe $2,300 for workers comp. It totally appears that they understated the policy just to get the business. Don't let them take advantage of you or your business. Get a second and third opinion from any other companies before signing on with these guys. They will say anything to get your business. FRAUDULANT.

I cannot believe how amazing of an insurance agency this is. I have had Progressive, Geico, State Farm, Safeco, Liberty Mutual and American modern. Absolutely none of them compare to Erie and Day Agency Inc. Best prices and by far the best customer service I have ever experienced (I have never had to talk to a damn robot). No insurance was able to price match their offer. Emily is an absolute saint and has helped me numerous of times on claims that I needed to process. She makes it a very seamless and painless process each time. Keep up the awesome work!

Terrible service, horrible communication. They are unable to explain billing after canceled policies. When trying to communicate with the owner, he began to avoid my calls with the office staff claiming that he was "out getting the mail" or "not back from lunch" and he would never return my calls. I would suggest going with any other agency other than Day insurance.
