I have been with Mike Shoffner’s agency since 2021 for both my home-owners and Auto/Motorcycle insurance. I had to move to Progressive in 2024 when I got a new vehicle and somehow the rate I got was higher. I still kept my homeowners with them. I recently bought a second car and Progressive rate seemed higher, so I reached out to Mike’s agency. Andrew was the agent that helped me … even though I had contacted them for Auto quote, Andrew proactively looked at my homeowners and got the premium on that down by 25% and the auto rates were also lower than Progressive …. I would recommend Mike Shoffner’s agency to anyone looking to buy/switch insurance. A HUGE shoutout to Andrew who was a true professional and an excellent representative … Cheers
Andrew was amazing to work with! My situation was a bit complicated, but he was patient, professional, and kind through every step. He coordinated with my lender and real estate agent to make sure everything went smoothly with a real estate closing. It genuinely felt like he had my best interests at heart every step of the way. Highly recommend this office!
